| Medal is given to players who have shown their in-depth knowledge of the game and can be counted on to handle anything that arises in chat. They will be able to answer most questions directly, but referral to council or a specific master is still an option, so long as the matter is dealt with. This level will certainly result in an invitation to become a permanent member of our alliance.
| 2nd Level of Enlightenment
| Centauros
| Medal is given to players who have achieved the 1st Level and who are beginning to be able to answer questions in chat. Accuracy and completeness are important, but when they are not able to fully answer the question, they refer the questioner to one of the council or a master. We do not expect them to have all the answers yet, and continuing to ask questions is also a mark of continued growth. This level shows that the player is very much on track to becoming a permanent member. In order to attain this rank the players home email must be given to leadership to use only in emergencies.

| Medal is given to players who are working hard to understand the game. They ask many questions and they engage in conversations about questions asked by others. An active presence in chat is a must. Players who achieve this level show potential for becoming a permanent member of our alliance. Lurkers may learn, but they are unlikely to be awarded this badge
